The helicopters have stopped circling the area. This whole thing went down on Redondo and Anaheim at the parking lot of a Pollo Loco. I know that area very well. I've eaten at that Pollo Loco.It seemed the suspect was headed inside the crowded restaurant with a second gun in his hand. If that was the case, the police had every right to shoot him down. I hope he survives.
